Interesting Facts: Kirlia has a white body and looks as if it's wearing a tutu. Kirlia has skinny, green legs. Kirlia's hair doesn't block its eyes as much as Ralts' hair does. Kirlia's hair has bangs that reach down to its shoulders and the two red horns have shifted their position, making them look like hair pins. It evolves from Ralts starting at level 20. It can either evolve into Gardevoir starting at level 30, or, if male, into Gallade when exposed to a Dawn Stone.
