On the tip of its arms there are dark blue heads, which gives it three heads, all of which are adorned by a fuchsia collar. It has six wings, pointy legs, and a spiked tail. It’s a pseudo-legendary, but unlike other pseudo legends, it has Special Attack as its higher stat, instead of the others that have Attack. It’s also the Pokémon that takes the most time to evolve, doing so at level 64. It can learn attacks of all types except grass.
