MAWILE

303 / Mawile - Pokémon Papercraft
Name: Mawile
Type: Steel/Fairy
Species: Deceiver Pokémon
Height: 0.6 m (2′00″)
Weight: 11.5 kg (25.4 lbs.)
Interesting Facts: Rather than attacking an opponent head on, this Pokémon lives up to its nickname, the deceiver. It will turn its back to its foes and cleverly use its dual horns which are disguised as a pair of huge jaws, making it look much more vicious and powerful than it really is. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.

THE PAPER MODEL
Height: 15.0 cm/5.9 in
Width: 18.8 cm/ 7.4 in
Depth: 19.9 cm/7.8 in

NOTES: The body, feet, head and the horn (big mouth) are built separately. You can start by either one of them. I recommend closing the head at the neck, you just have to glue the small yellow square to close it off. For the body, start by building the hands, then the arms joining them at the chest. After that just build the rest of the body closing at the feet. For the feet, build the top part and then glue the bottom of the feet to it.

For the horn/mouth, it's a good idea to build the top and the bottom separately and then glue them together where they meet. You can then build the back of the mouth and glue it on Mawile's head. Use strong glue and make sure the 2 parts wont move when they dry.

Cool! One of my favorite youkai-based Pokemon (after futa-kuchi-onna), but it's based on a carnivorous plant, too. Too bad it's not very useful in competitive battling with serious gamers.
