Interesting Facts: Wingull is a small, white bird-like Pokémon. Wingull has a blue stripe on on each of its wings and tail feathers. Wingull has an orange beak that is tipped with black. Wingull tend to collect valuable objects and hide them in all sorts of places. Wingull, along with Surskit and Magikarp, is one of the few Water-type Pokémon that cannot learn Surf. It evolves into Pelipper starting at Level 25.

NOTES:Follow the numbers on the template. Using pdo is strongly recommended for the tails and feet. The wings may tend to droop a litte, after some time. So as an option, you may consider folding a length of card stock in half, and once you've glued one wing, insert that piece of card stock through the wing and body, and attach the other wing on. Be sure to use at least 120-160gsm paper.
