POKEDEX

Kanto / Pokedex - Pokémon Papercraft
Name: Pokedex
Type: HANDY505

Interesting Facts: In Pokémon Adventures, only a select group of people have Pokédexes and they are highly respected as a result. The Pokédexes come in groups of three per region, and are generally given out along with a starter Pokémon from the region's Professor. Each Pokédex has a holder registration system, meaning when it is assigned, the holder must register his or her name and fingerprints, which means each of the Pokédexes is only allowed to have one rightful owner.

THE PAPER MODEL
Height: 3.7 cm/ 1.5 in
Width: 18.1 cm/ 7.1 in
Depth: 14.5 cm/ 5.7 in
No. of Pages: 3
Level: Medium
Designer: Brandon
Photo: LuIS
NOTES:  The parts for this model are pretty simple to build, joining them is the tricky part. Glue the details before closing the pages, this makes it easier. While gluing the hinge, you MUST follow the number references on the pieces, this ensures the rotation movement will happen just as shown in the video. You can either pick one Pokemon to use or change them, the way to make that happen is explained on the templates, the video also gives a good idea on how it's done.

Haha! This is great! This goes to show why Brandon rocks. I think all of my models are Brandon's work. I am working on this, and the Katana he designed! Thanks!! As soon as I saw this I grabbed paper and printed it!

Really awesome papercraft. My girlfriend will love it. Could you please link the 3 Pokemon in this Picture? It would be nice to make her the Starterpokemon too :)

I think this can be even better if you do the pokedex from the other regions.

I would absolutely support the creation of other pokedexes

I just finished the pokedex (and the sinnoh badgecase) but would like the sinnoh pokedex to match...

I can only hope that someday instead of just cosplay we will have all the badges made to be displayed on the wallor someplace like in the anime

I did, with some modifications like color papers and individual botons, beyond a changing screen. Video below:
