Interesting Facts: Blastoise is a large, bipedal, blue tortoise-like Pokémon with a tough brown shell and two powerful water cannons, which are like steel in appearance, that jut out of the top sides of its shell. The cannons can be withdrawn inside the shell, or rotated to point backwards; this enables Blastoise to commence jet assisted rams.

MEGA BLASTOISE

Interesting Facts: As Mega Blastoise, it develops two smaller shells over its arms, each with their own water cannon. The two cannons on its back are replaced by a single, central water cannon of greater size that can retract into its shell. This cannon extends forward over Mega Blastoise's head and is said to have a blast range of over 6 miles (10 kilometers). Small ridges develop over its now-red eyes and extend to its ears. The ears angle slightly backward and there is a small point on its chin.

NOTES: Start with the head and build the front first, working your way down to the arms, legs, and tail. From there, start to work your way back - build the ridge of the shell, then work into the back of the shell. You'll want to close the model on the back of the shell, using the top flaps of piece 69 to fully close after securing it onto the back.

It evolves from Squirtle (level 16) and into Blastoise (level 36).

Interesting Facts: Statistically, Squirtle is the slowest Pokémon out of Pokémon Trainer's Pokémon, but in the game it is the fastest attacker. It evolves into Wartortle starting at level 16, whom evolves into Blastoise starting at level 36.
